Sales Manager - Corporate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager – Corporate to lead our corporate and government account portfolio for IHG’s hotels in Doha. The role focuses on driving revenue through acquiring new business, nurturing existing relationships and delivering tailored hospitality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire, develop and manage local corporate and government accounts in line with the business‑mix strategy.
• Secure maximum acceptance of RFPs and manage business travel‑agent accounts.
• Monitor market trends and competition, reporting threats and opportunities.
• Provide accurate, timely reporting on segment and account performance and propose tactics to improve revenue.
• Implement sales objectives and action plans to exceed targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers, guests and internal team members.
• Ensure all client requests are handled within company‑defined timeframes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or a related field.
• Minimum four years of experience in hospitality or hotel sales.
• Previous experience working in Qatar with strong knowledge of local businesses and trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
