About the role
The Sales Manager is responsible for proactively generating and managing sales opportunities for Delta Hotels City Center. The role ensures timely business turnover, builds long‑term value‑based relationships, and meets personal sales targets while supporting overall hotel revenue objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, and community networking.
- Coordinate with off‑property sales channels to avoid duplication and maximize coverage.
- Participate in sales calls, prepare proposals, draft contracts, and manage customer correspondence.
- Identify market trends, competitor activity, and target customer needs to drive revenue growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle to enhance loyalty and account share.
Required profile
- 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with at least 3 years of sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
