About the role
AMICO is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to promote and sell its optical product portfolio across the assigned territory. You will engage with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and clinical staff to drive sales, support product installation, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new sales opportunities within the optical market.
- Develop and present sales forecasts and action plans aligned with company strategy.
- Represent AMICO as an authorized partner, building strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and clinical teams.
- Participate in marketing events, conferences, and workshops to showcase products.
- Provide technical support during equipment installation, start‑up, and maintenance.
- Monitor competitor activities and report market insights to management.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, collections, and customer feedback.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of sales experience in a similar role; fresh graduates with strong selling aptitude are also considered.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and persuade stakeholders.
