About the role

The Sales Support Coordinator provides office support to the DQ Sales team, handling analysis, administrative tasks, contract management, and day‑to‑day handling of tour operator accounts. The role processes quotations, bookings and related documentation generated from sales calls and client interactions.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure all incoming requests are actioned within department SLA and process bookings for converted enquiries.
  • Administer initial IOL (DQ Internet Booking Engine) account profile setup and subsequent changes.
  • Raise tour operator contracts in the CMS and follow through for approvals.
  • Manage client correspondence for FIT, Group/MICE and sales leads in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet client requirements for accommodation, transfers and tours.
  • Conduct market research on tour operators and competitors, providing pricing, promotion and market updates to management.
  • Communicate sales campaigns, promotions and destination events to trade partners together with the Marketing/E‑Com team.
  • Keep sales team equipped with up‑to‑date sales kits, pricing sheets and B2B platform developments.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales and revenue reports for the Sales Manager.
  • Update customer details in all databases and assist clients with amendments, cancellations, reissues and refunds.
  • Participate in external activities such as sales calls, blitzes and promotional events as required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Required profile

  • High school diploma, vocational qualification, diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is also acceptable.
  • Strong administrative and organisational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills for internal coordination and client interaction.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to support sales initiatives.

Required skills

  • Experience with CMS for contract management.
  • Familiarity with DQ Internet Booking Engine (IOL) account profile administration.
