Secondary SEN Teacher

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Secondary SEN Teacher to join Compass International School Doha. The role involves delivering high-quality, inclusive education for pupils with special educational needs across the secondary curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, adapt and deliver lessons that meet the individual needs of SEN students.
• Create a supportive, engaging classroom environment that promotes inclusion.
• Develop and monitor individualized learning targets and progress pathways.
• Collaborate with subject teachers, support staff and parents to ensure holistic support.
• Share best practices and contribute to departmental development.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing.
• Excellent motivation and communication skills.
• Ability to support learners with varying levels of English (EAL).
• Experience or understanding of secondary-level curricula (IGCSE, AS/A-Levels, IB).
