About the role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Secondary SEN Teacher to join Compass International School Doha. The role involves delivering high-quality, inclusive education for pupils with special educational needs across the secondary curriculum.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, adapt and deliver lessons that meet the individual needs of SEN students.
- Create a supportive, engaging classroom environment that promotes inclusion.
- Develop and monitor individualized learning targets and progress pathways.
- Collaborate with subject teachers, support staff and parents to ensure holistic support.
- Share best practices and contribute to departmental development.
Required profile
- Strong commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing.
- Excellent motivation and communication skills.
- Ability to support learners with varying levels of English (EAL).
- Experience or understanding of secondary-level curricula (IGCSE, AS/A-Levels, IB).
