Security Operations Center Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Exabeam Professional Services Consultant to join our Security Operations Center team. The role focuses on implementing, configuring, and supporting Exabeam security solutions while working closely with customers and internal technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain Exabeam SIEM and security analytics platforms.
• Design and deploy security monitoring and detection use cases based on client requirements.
• Onboard log sources, manage data ingestion, parsing, normalization, and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop, fine‑tune detection and correlation rules, and analytics.
• Integrate Exabeam with EDR, firewalls, identity platforms, cloud services, threat‑intelligence platforms, and other security tools.
• Analyze security events, create investigation workflows, and perform system health checks.
• Support deployments, upgrades, migrations, and configuration changes.
• Lead customer workshops, gather requirements, and deliver knowledge‑transfer sessions.
• Produce technical documentation, deployment reports, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with SOC, cybersecurity, network, infrastructure, and application teams.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience with Exabeam implementation and configuration.
• Strong understanding of SIEM, security analytics, log management, and SOC operations.
• Experience with log collection, parsing, normalization, and data onboarding.
• Knowledge of network and security concepts, Windows/Linux logs, and cybersecurity operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field preferred.
