Security Supervisor

About the role

Qureos Inc is looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to lead a team of security officers and ensure the safety of its commercial facilities in Doha. The role involves overseeing daily security operations, managing incidents, and maintaining a high level of vigilance across all sites.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise security officers during assigned shifts.
• Monitor access control systems and CCTV operations.
• Conduct routine patrols and inspections of facilities.
• Manage incident reporting and lead investigations.
• Ensure compliance with all security procedures and policies.
• Coordinate emergency response activities.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff.
• Prepare and submit operational reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the security industry.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to attend client interviews before deployment.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
