Senior Accountant – 12‑Month Contract in Doha

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Doha on a 12‑month contract. The role will oversee critical accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full Accounts Payable cycle, from invoice receipt to payment processing.
- Prepare and file corporate tax returns in accordance with local regulations.
- Produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
- Coordinate internal and external audit activities, providing required documentation and explanations.
- Support the finance team with ad‑hoc analysis and reporting tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Professional qualification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
