Fund Analyst – FTP Transformation

About the role

The role supports the design and implementation of the bank’s Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) transformation agenda through detailed analysis, pricing methodology reviews, profitability assessments and operating model enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current FTP methodologies, pricing structures and profitability allocation mechanisms.
• Assess funding curves, liquidity premiums and transfer‑pricing assumptions, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Support redesign of funding curves, liquidity pricing models, behavioral assumptions, optionality methodologies and margin allocation frameworks.
• Document business and functional requirements for FTP enhancements and coordinate with technology teams on data, reporting and calculation needs.
• Develop dashboards and management reports on profitability, FTP and RAROC performance, monitoring implementation outcomes.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of banking experience in Treasury, Finance, ALM, FTP, Risk Analytics or Performance Management.
• Proven experience supporting FTP, Treasury, finance or balance‑sheet management initiatives.
• Strong understanding of FTP methodologies, funding curves, liquidity pricing and profitability frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; based in Qatar.
