Senior Associate – Transaction Delivery & Project Management

About the role

Synergy Consulting is seeking a Senior Associate to support transaction delivery and project management for infrastructure and project finance engagements in Doha. You will work closely with client teams, lenders, off‑takers and internal specialists to ensure high‑quality, timely deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with transaction teams and on‑ground client staff to develop project deliverables.
• Analyse commercial and contractual implications of project financing agreements.
• Build and maintain complex financial models, performing scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Prepare reports, memoranda, presentations and other client‑facing documentation.
• Engage with clients to understand evolving requirements and adapt solutions under team lead guidance.
• Conduct sector and competitor research to generate business‑development opportunities and support proposal preparation.

Required profile

• MBA or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international banking, development finance, investment funds or related advisory firms.
• Experience or strong interest in infrastructure and project finance.
• Ability to work in multicultural, multidisciplinary teams.
