About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a Senior Document Controller in Doha. The role leads document control processes, correspondence tracking, document review workflows, Assai system updates and project filing control.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project document control activities and document management workflows.
- Manage document registers, correspondence logs and review tracking.
- Ensure proper filing, numbering, distribution and traceability of project documents.
- Coordinate document review cycles with discipline engineers and EPC contractors.
- Monitor document submission status and ensure timely responses.
- Support project reporting and document control compliance audits.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in document management preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas / petrochemical projects.
- Excellent knowledge of document control procedures, engineering document workflows and contractor coordination.
Required skills
- Strong experience with Assai or similar document management software.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
