Senior Field Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Field Engineer to lead installation and site activities on major infrastructure projects. You will ensure that all engineering works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with approved specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise engineering installation activities across multiple sites.
• Conduct inspections to verify quality and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Review technical documentation and installation methodologies.
• Troubleshoot site issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project hand‑over activities.
• Maintain inspection reports and technical documentation.
• Promote compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Significant experience managing engineering installation projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards and site supervision.
• Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
