Senior Manager Corporate Planning

About the role

QNB Group, the largest bank in the Middle East and Africa, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Corporate Planning function across Doha, branches, representative offices and subsidiaries. The role supports the definition, monitoring and evolution of key performance indicators (KPIs) and the quarterly performance‑management process, ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain financial and non‑financial KPIs for business, support and control divisions.
• Coordinate the quarterly performance‑management cycle and analyse scorecards to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with strategy, PMO and finance teams to develop annual business plans, integrating performance management, project portfolios and CapEx planning.
• Prepare and present performance reports to executive management and the Board.
• Support continuous improvement of the corporate planning process across all divisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate planning, performance management or related finance roles, preferably within banking.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Proven ability to work across multiple business units and senior stakeholders.
