Transfer Pricing Associate

About the role

The Transfer Pricing Associate will support the design and implementation of the bank’s Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) transformation agenda. Working closely with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Global Markets, and Technology teams, the role focuses on detailed analysis, methodology reviews, profitability assessments, and operating model enhancements to enable transparent, risk‑adjusted performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current FTP methodologies, pricing structures, and profitability allocation mechanisms.
• Assess funding curves, liquidity premiums, and transfer‑pricing assumptions to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support redesign of funding curves, liquidity pricing models, behavioral assumptions, optionality methodologies, and margin allocation frameworks.
• Document business and functional requirements for FTP enhancements and assist in defining governance structures across Treasury, Global Markets, Finance, and Business Units.
• Coordinate with Technology teams on data, reporting, and calculation requirements, tracking delivery milestones and change‑management activities.
• Develop dashboards and management reports on profitability, FTP, and RAROC performance, providing analytical insights for decision‑making.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of banking experience in Treasury, Finance, ALM, FTP, Risk Analytics, Business Analysis, or Performance Management.
• Proven experience supporting FTP, Treasury, Finance, or balance‑sheet management initiatives.
• Exposure to profitability, RAROC, liquidity, or capital‑management frameworks is preferred.
