Senior Manager HRMS & MIS

About the role

The Senior Manager HRMS & MIS will lead the operational effectiveness of QNB's automated HR systems, primarily Oracle HRMS, and provide ongoing support for payroll, performance management, and HR reporting. The role involves planning system upgrades, creating MIS reports, and ensuring data integrity across HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve the Oracle HRMS system, coordinating with IT and HR teams.
• Prepare and deliver MIS reports covering key performance indicators, budget utilization and workforce planning.
• Maintain the organization structure database, manage system parameters, and support internal and external user queries.
• Monitor HR budget alignment with corporate financial controls and contribute to cost‑conscious initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in HRMS administration, preferably with Oracle HRMS modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes such as payroll, compensation, recruitment and performance management.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage cross‑functional relationships.
