Resource Planning Specialist

About the role

As a Resource Planning Specialist at QACC, you will ensure efficient allocation of manpower, materials, and budgets across the organization, supporting strategic planning and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR to identify staffing gaps and support budgeting, recruitment, and training strategies.
• Conduct workforce analysis to assess current and future manpower needs.
• Gather and analyze resource utilization data, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Support forecasting efforts, identify risks, and propose contingency plans.
• Work with department heads to optimize resource utilization and adjust plans based on changing priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in resource planning, workforce optimization, operational analytics, data analytics, or HR.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with RMS (Resource Management Solutions) or similar analytical tools.
• Project management certification (CAPM, PMP) preferred.
• Familiarity with workforce management software and productivity improvement tools.
