Senior Manager Technical Engagement & Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Manager to lead technology engagement and delivery for our Doha operations. The role acts as a business partner, shaping the technology roadmap and overseeing the delivery of digital products to meet strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to align enterprise architecture with strategic goals.
• Define and maintain the technology roadmap, ensuring it delivers high‑impact, value‑driven solutions.
• Oversee the digital product delivery pipeline, securing timely funding for Agile teams and continuous improvement.
• Design, develop and govern enterprise architecture to guarantee scalability, efficiency and alignment with business needs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide strategic guidance on technology investments and monitor service levels for reliability.
• Manage vendor relationships, shape future vendor product roadmaps and integrate them into implementation plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technology engagement and delivery, with at least 5 years in a managerial role handling large‑scale projects.
• Proven ability to act as a business partner and translate strategic objectives into actionable technology plans.
• Strong communication skills to work with executives, business units and external partners.
