Senior Network Administrator – Technical Pre-Sales

About the role
We are looking for a customer‑focused Senior Network Administrator with strong technical pre‑sales expertise to join our System Integration business. You will act as the primary technical bridge between customers, vendors and internal teams throughout the pre‑sales lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Design, configure and troubleshoot enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD‑WAN, VPN and security environments.
- Manage routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), VLANs, STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP, QoS, ACLs, NAT, DHCP/DNS and IPv4/IPv6 addressing.
- Monitor network performance, lead root‑cause analysis, support migrations and upgrades, and provide L2/L3 support.
- Qualify opportunities, gather requirements, and produce high‑level and low‑level designs, architecture diagrams, BOMs, proposals and SOWs.
- Respond to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, deliver demos, run PoCs and support commercial negotiations.
- Engage with vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba/HPE, Juniper, VMware, Microsoft, AWS and Azure for validation and sizing.
- Lead technical components of tenders, coordinate internal and vendor input and ensure compliance.
- Hand over requirements, architecture and risks to project teams and support implementation with technical clarification.
- Collaborate with group‑level IT, cybersecurity and cloud teams to identify cross‑sell opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications or a related field.
- 6‑10+ years of hands‑on network engineering experience, including pre‑sales or solution architecture.
- Preferred certifications such as Cisco CCNP/CCNA, Fortinet FCP, Palo Alto, Aruba/HPE, Juniper, Microsoft Azure, AWS or ITIL.
Required skills
- LAN/WAN design, routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching, VLAN, STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP, QoS.
- IPv4/IPv6, DHCP, DNS, NAT, subnetting.
- Network security – NGFW, IPS/IDS, site‑to‑site and remote VPN (IPsec/SSL), ACLs, NAC.
- SD‑WAN, enterprise Wi‑Fi, network monitoring, HA/redundancy, load balancing.
- Data‑center and cloud networking, hybrid connectivity, Azure and AWS networking.
- Network automation, SDN concepts and familiarity with major vendor platforms (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba/HPE, Juniper, VMware, Microsoft).
