IT Transformation Program Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Transformation Program Manager to lead large‑scale, customer‑facing telecom projects. The role is responsible for delivering programs on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and control assigned programs, managing scope, resources, schedule, cost, quality and risk.
• Establish and maintain governance mechanisms, tracking, reporting and monitoring performance against defined KPIs.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, both internal teams and external vendors, ensuring expectations are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and partners, aligning them with project objectives and optimizing total cost of ownership.
• Drive benefits realization by identifying improvement opportunities and coordinating with department heads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; master’s degree is a plus.
• 10–15 years of experience in IT transformation, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
• 5 years of project management experience, including 3–5 years delivering large, integrated customer‑facing systems.
• Proven experience in partner/vendor management and various engagement models.
• Strong understanding of the full IT application development lifecycle.

Required skills

• PMP certification.
• Prince2 certification.
