Senior Product Designer - Agentic AI Solutions

About the role

Lucidya is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience of its Agentic AI solutions. You will help enterprise customers trust and adopt AI that autonomously monitors signals, surfaces opportunities, and automates workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end experiences for Agentic AI initiatives, clarifying what AI does, why it does it, and when users should intervene.
• Simplify complex autonomy, confidence, transparency, and control challenges into intuitive workflows.
• Elevate the overall quality of the platform through polished information architecture and visual design.
• Create onboarding and educational experiences that accelerate AI adoption.

Required profile

• Senior‑level product design experience, preferably in enterprise or AI‑focused products.
• Proven ability to translate sophisticated technology into clear, trustworthy user experiences.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design work for complex systems.
