Senior Project Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to lead the execution and delivery of multiple project sites from hand‑over through to closure. The role ensures that all operational activities are planned, resourced and carried out in line with contractual obligations, company standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute mobilisation, procurement, installation, commissioning, monitoring and demobilisation across several sites.
• Maintain complete project documentation such as delivery notes, installation reports, as‑built drawings, daily activity reports and system history reports.
• Produce regular status, profitability and manpower allocation reports and generate ad‑hoc reports for client and internal reviews.
• Manage resource utilisation, optimise team performance and act as the primary point of contact for site operations.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and QHSE standards, promote a zero‑tolerance safety culture and report hazards promptly.
• Support the Contracts Manager during tendering, review contracts and method statements and facilitate knowledge transfer to execution teams.
• Assist in developing a six‑month manpower plan, justify resource needs and ensure timely submission of data for monthly billing.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple engineering or construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of QHSE policies and ability to enforce safety and quality standards on site.
• Excellent documentation skills and ability to produce accurate reports and as‑built records.
• Effective communication with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Capability to plan resources, allocate manpower and control project profitability.
