Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management, contract administration and commercial control across our projects. The role involves overseeing both pre‑contract and post‑contract activities, ensuring financial performance and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies and cost plans; conduct quantity take‑offs, BOQ preparation and tender evaluations.
• Manage project budgets, valuations, interim payments and final accounts; evaluate variations, change orders and claims.
• Conduct site visits to verify measured works and provide advice on contract interpretation, risk and dispute resolution.
• Maintain accurate expenditure records, produce monthly cost reports and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers and clients, representing the company in meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in consultancy, engineering or construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other international contract standards.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication abilities.
