Senior Recruiter - Aviation (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead technical talent acquisition for Aircraft Engineering & Maintenance for a client based in Dubai. The role focuses on sourcing, attracting and placing high‑quality specialists across a range of aviation and engineering disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple technical roles, from initial sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute talent‑attraction strategies to secure specialist candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Conduct candidate screening, coordinate interviews, oversee selection processes and manage pre‑employment checks.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of recruitment experience, either in‑house or agency.
• Proven end‑to‑end recruitment expertise.
• Demonstrated experience within aviation, engineering, or another technical environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
