Senior Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure and modern cloud integration. The role involves defining end‑to‑end architecture, translating business needs into secure, scalable and high‑performing solutions, and guiding delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM‑based implementations.
• Design scalable, secure solutions using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure and related Microsoft technologies.
• Lead technical design for new services, enhancements, integrations and transformation initiatives.
• Review existing architectures and recommend optimisation, modernisation and simplification.
• Design integration patterns between Dynamics 365, Databricks, enterprise applications, APIs and data platforms.
• Ensure compliance with security, data protection, governance and architecture standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, data architects, cybersecurity and infrastructure teams.
• Provide technical leadership, risk identification and guidance to development teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience with significant solution/enterprise architecture exposure.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proven ability to lead technical design and mentor delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration, cloud architectures and security principles.
