Senior Urban Designer

About the role

Graviton Interiors is seeking a Senior Urban Designer to lead the master‑planning and urban design of multiple districts. You will coordinate with permit teams, local authorities and multidisciplinary specialists to ensure design policies are applied consistently across the project.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate master‑planning and urban design frameworks for various districts.
• Liaise with architects, master planners and authorities to update design regulations and codes.
• Lead or co‑collaborate on building‑permit processes related to urban design.
• Assess building applications for mega‑development projects and provide recommendations.
• Prepare technical reports and implement best architectural practices.
• Participate in concept‑design assessment teams.
• Manage mega‑development processes and facilitate approvals with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Architecture or a Master’s in Urban Design.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in architecture or urban design.
• Excellent command of the English language.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD.
