Site Supervisor – Construction & Fit‑out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead daily construction and interior fit‑out activities on site. The role involves coordinating skilled workers, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and interior fit‑out works at the project site.
• Coordinate and monitor site labour, subcontractors, and MEP teams.
• Interpret architectural, structural, MEP and fit‑out drawings and ensure works follow approved documents.
• Track progress against the project schedule and produce daily reports.
• Inspect workmanship and materials, identify defects, and enforce corrective actions.
• Manage material deliveries, storage, and site housekeeping.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental requirements on site.
• Assist with inspections, snagging, testing, commissioning and handover documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in construction and interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing works and site supervision.
• Ability to read and understand construction, architectural and MEP drawings.
• Good communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of construction health and safety regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD (advantage).
