Social Media Manager – Doha

About the role

Trifid Media Qatar is seeking a full‑time Social Media Manager to lead the creation and publication of engaging content across multiple platforms. Based in Doha, you will ensure brand consistency, drive audience growth, and support both client and in‑house brand initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish compelling content aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Manage daily posting schedules and monitor all social channels.
• Engage with community members, respond to interactions, and maintain a consistent online presence.
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to boost performance.
• Optimize content based on analytics and coordinate campaigns with influencers, creators, and internal teams.
• Track key performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and use insights to refine strategies.

Required profile

• Strong Social Media Marketing and SMO experience, managing multi‑platform campaigns.
• Proficiency in content strategy and writing to produce compelling social content.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with influencers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with social media analytics tools, performance tracking, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing, creator ecosystems, and current digital trends in the MENA region is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
