Spa & Recreation Receptionist

About the role

Join the luxury hospitality team at Raffles & Fairmont Doha as the first point of contact for guests using the spa and recreation facilities. You will create a welcoming, refined experience that reflects the brand’s high standards of service and elegance.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and deliver personalized service in line with brand standards.
• Manage spa and recreation reservations, appointments, and scheduling using the booking system.
• Handle guest inquiries about treatments, facilities, memberships, hours, and promotions.
• Conduct accurate check‑in/check‑out procedures, including payment processing and billing.
• Coordinate communication between therapists, recreation attendants, and guests to ensure seamless operations.
• Promote spa services, wellness programs, memberships, and retail products to support revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and appointment records.
• Support daily opening and closing procedures and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a spa, wellness, recreation, or luxury hospitality environment preferred.
• Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with spa or hotel management booking systems.
