Spa & Recreation Receptionist – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a Spa & Recreation Receptionist to join the luxury hospitality team at Raffles & Fairmont Doha. As the first point of contact for guests using the spa and recreation facilities, you will deliver a refined, personalized experience that reflects the high standards of both brands.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage all front‑desk interactions for the spa and recreation areas.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, handle inquiries, and coordinate bookings for treatments and activities.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate guest records.
• Liaise with spa therapists, trainers, and other service staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide information about services, packages, and promotions, and upsell where appropriate.
• Monitor inventory of guest amenities and ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming.
• Address guest concerns promptly and uphold the brand’s standards of hospitality.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a reception or guest‑service role within a hotel, spa, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury brand standards.
