Guest Relations Agent – Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Guest Relations Agent who is fluent in Arabic to join the vibrant team at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha. The role focuses on delivering personalized, courteous service that reflects Turkish hospitality while ensuring every guest feels welcome from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient, personalized and punctual service to all guests, incorporating Turkish culture and hospitality.
• Work collaboratively with the Guest Relations team to maintain high service standards and create memorable lifestyle experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and special requests diplomatically to maximize satisfaction and hotel profitability.

Required profile

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hospitality, Tourism or Hotel Management.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in hotel guest relations, front office, concierge or luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly.
• Professional appearance and comfort interacting with VIP guests.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, holidays and busy periods.

Required skills

• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with reservation and CRM systems.
