Spa Therapist (Female) – Full-time

About the role

The Luxury Collection is seeking a dedicated female Spa Therapist to join its Doha location. You will deliver a range of massage and body‑treatment services, ensuring each guest enjoys a safe, comfortable, and memorable spa experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide massage services using appropriate props and products.
• Perform body treatments such as scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy.
• Assess guest needs and check for contraindications before each session.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and treatment room, including sterilising tools and handling linens.
• Promote and sell spa services and retail products.
• Monitor treatment timing and adhere to schedule.
• Handle inappropriate guest behaviour according to Marriott International SOPs.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in a spa or wellness setting.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift items up to 10 lb.
• Professional appearance, clear communication, and respect for guest confidentiality.
• Current licensure or certification as required by regional regulations.
