Sr. Business Solutions Specialist - Applications & ERP/SAP

About the role

The employer is looking for an experienced Business Solutions Specialist with a strong background in business analysis, enterprise applications and ERP/SAP processes. The role translates business needs into effective IT solutions, keeping business processes aligned with enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements, process maps and functional specifications.
• Evaluate solution options and support vendor assessments and enterprise application selection.
• Coordinate solution design, SIT, UAT and go-live with business and IT teams.
• Manage enhancement backlogs and prioritise application improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders so solutions match business objectives and operational requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of business processes and enterprise applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in business analysis, business solutions or enterprise applications.
• Certifications: CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred; ITIL Foundation required.
• Proven experience managing UAT and working with technical and business stakeholders.

Required skills

• Business analysis methodologies, process mapping and BPMN.
• SAP or other ERP systems and enterprise application processes.
• Analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
