Senior Project Manager - IT & Digital Transformation

About the role

The company is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT and digital transformation projects. The role ensures projects are completed within scope, schedule, budget and quality standards while following the company's project governance framework.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, manage dependencies and implement corrective actions for deviations.
• Prepare and present status reports to steering committees and senior management.
• Apply the company's project governance framework, stage-gate processes and reporting requirements.
• Manage change control, risks, issues and escalations.
• Ensure proper documentation, handover and closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• At least 12 years of project management experience, particularly in IT and digital project delivery.
• PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification; Agile certification preferred.
• Proven experience delivering ERP, IT infrastructure or OT projects.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry preferred.

Required skills

• Project planning, budgeting, resource management and contract management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and project management tools.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication and decision-making skills.
