Sr. Leasing Manager

About the role

The Senior Leasing Manager leads leasing operations and tenant relations across a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The role is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and tenant satisfaction through strategic leasing initiatives and effective stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage leasing activities for residential and commercial assets to meet target occupancy rates.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and contract conditions with clients.
• Prepare, review, and execute tenancy agreements in line with company policies and local regulations.
• Coordinate with maintenance, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth tenant onboarding and lease renewals.
• Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and tenant turnover to maximize portfolio performance.
• Generate regular reports on leasing activity, occupancy levels, and market trends for management review.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives and perform additional tasks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of leasing experience, preferably in retail, shopping mall, or mixed‑use developments.
• Proven track record of negotiating lease agreements and maintaining positive tenant relationships.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams to streamline move‑ins, renewals, and overall property management.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred.
