Store Manager – Retail Operations Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager for a confidential retail client in Doha. The role combines operational leadership with a strong commercial focus to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and visual merchandising.
• Achieve revenue and profitability targets by analysing sales trends and managing stock replenishment.
• Control inventory, conduct cycle counts, and implement loss‑prevention measures.
• Prepare staff schedules aligned with business needs and monitor operational costs.
• Produce regular reports on sales performance, KPIs, and team productivity.
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members to maximise performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 4–6 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of leading retail teams and driving commercial results.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
