About the role
The Make-Up Artist will work on the shop floor as a Beauty Advisor, providing personalized beauty guidance and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for shoppers, helping them find the right products and offering professional makeup advice.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their beauty needs, and provide timely assistance.
- Drive sales through up‑selling, cross‑selling, and recommending alternative products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, receive shipments, and perform regular stock checks.
- Keep the sales area tidy, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
- Handle cash register transactions efficiently and accurately.
Required profile
- Fluency in English.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
