Supply Chain Executive

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Supply Chain Executive to expedite procurement orders and manage vendor relationships for Facility Management and Solar Installation projects in Doha or Pune. The role ensures on‑time delivery of materials, resolves bottlenecks, and aligns supply‑chain activities with project milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Expedite all open purchase orders, proactively resolving supplier delays across the region.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules for FM and solar equipment.
• Monitor the full order lifecycle from PO issuance to goods receipt and inspection.
• Coordinate with procurement, project managers, FM operations, and finance teams.
• Maintain accurate order status, supplier performance, and delivery data in the ERP/procurement system.
• Identify critical supply‑chain risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure project continuity.
• Manage approved vendor lists, source alternative suppliers, and support vendor qualification activities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, local content rules, and international trade regulations.
• Track and report KPIs such as on‑time delivery rates, cost savings, and supplier scorecards.
• Handle logistics, customs clearance, and participate in supplier audits and site visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field (mandatory).
• MBA in Supply Chain Management or equivalent (strongly preferred).
• Professional certifications (CIPS, CSCP, CPSM) are a plus.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement or expediting, preferably within Facility Management or solar projects.
