About the role
Snoonu is looking for a passionate Support Engineer to oversee critical technical operations, monitor infrastructure, and help shape the future of its NOC and support functions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure high availability of networks, servers, security systems, and applications.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor networks, servers, security systems and critical applications to detect performance issues and outages.
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical problems, coordinating with relevant teams.
- Develop, document and implement processes and procedures for NOC and support operations.
- Manage incident response, ensuring prompt resolution and thorough documentation.
- Communicate status and incidents effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify opportunities for tool, system and team capability improvements.
- Perform root‑cause analysis on major incidents and outages.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in NOC or technical support environments.
- Strong understanding of networking, infrastructure and cloud‑based application monitoring (AWS).
- Experience with incident management and ticketing tools (Jira).
- Mid‑level proficiency with Linux environments and scripting (Bash, Python.NET).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work off‑hours/on‑call.
