About the role
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruitment function for Rixos Qetaifan Island North, a new 345‑key luxury hotel and resort in Qatar. Working closely with business leaders, you will design and implement strategies to attract, assess and hire top talent across all functions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business needs and headcount budgets.
- Partner with department heads to identify hiring requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, negotiate rates and ensure compliance with Qatar labour law.
- Oversee campus recruiting, student marketing and employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain talent pipelines and manage the candidate management system for timely communication.
- Leverage recruiting technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Conduct workforce planning, monitor industry trends and promote diversity and inclusion in hiring.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in a large five‑star hotel or resort.
- Proven experience in the Middle East, with strong knowledge of Qatar labour regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to work with recruitment agencies and manage campus hiring programs.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
