Talent Relations Officer (Qatarization)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Talent Relations Officer to join our HR team in Doha. The role focuses on enhancing employee experience, supporting Qatarization initiatives, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process employee requests and support various employee programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records across systems and shared folders.
• Assist in preparing timely and accurate HR reports.
• Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Act as a mediator in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and investigations.
• Support internal communication strategies and company-wide announcements.
• Assist in payroll processes and coordinate with the payroll team on employee inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR on talent retention strategies.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain records of employee relations cases and generate management reports.
• Analyze trends and provide insights to strengthen talent relations practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
• Support special HR projects and organizational initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–3 years of experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Passion for employee engagement and national workforce development.
