Technical Sales Manager – Qatar, Kuwait & Bahrain

About the role

Knauf GCC is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to lead sales growth across Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain. Based in Qatar, you will combine technical product expertise with commercial acumen to match construction solutions to customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets, including forecasting and market analysis.
• Leverage deep product knowledge to conduct demonstrations, provide technical recommendations and tailor solutions for clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers and project teams to drive repeat business.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse data and present insights to senior management for informed decision‑making.
• Collaborate with internal departments and stay updated on market trends, competition and professional development opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering sales results in a technical or construction‑materials environment.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Respectful, collaborative attitude and commitment to sustainable, future‑oriented business practices.
• Willingness to travel across Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain and adapt to a multicultural GCC market.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of gypsum‑based construction products and their applications.
• Technical sales expertise, including product demonstrations and solution design.
