TLM Production Planner

About the role

The TLM Production Planner ensures that equipment is delivered on schedule and meets operational demand. By improving equipment reliability and utilization, the role helps lower the cost of service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities for a designated location in coordination with the TLM Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor and Asset Coordinator.
• Manage the equipment receiving process, identify incoming assets, assess them against maintenance requirements and generate Shop Failure or Deficiency reports.
• Open repair work orders, record equipment status and organise assets into appropriate queues such as washing, test pits or bays based on priority.
• Coordinate with Stores to allocate and deliver materials and supplies to workstations, ensuring work follows maintenance and repair priorities.
• Supervise CMMS clerks and, where applicable, the yard crew responsible for washing and moving equipment.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager and Supervisor with asset counting and equipment list management.
• Contribute to Health, Safety, Environment, continuous‑improvement and LEAN initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in production planning, equipment logistics or maintenance coordination.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and follow defined processes.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
