Trade Coordinator

About the role

The Trade Coordinator will ensure smooth processing of sales orders by preparing all required documentation and financial instruments in line with company procedures. This role acts as a liaison between internal departments, the Global Marketing Network, Finance Group, and external banks to meet strict deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation and dispatch of all documents and financial instruments for sales orders.
• Scrutinize and negotiate letters of credit and avalised drafts with banks and customers, handling amendments, extensions, and terminations.
• Prepare and send required documents to customers, banks, offices, and agents as needed.
• Monitor implementation of accepted Letter of Credit terms and provide guidance across the group.
• Verify each order against contractual conditions before shipment authorization.
• Supply data to external organizations for third‑party document preparation and follow up on receipt.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Assist the Assistant Supply Chain Manager – Trade in claim investigations and reporting.
• Archive order folders and records according to defined procedures.
• Update system with receipt information and verify courier charges related to sales orders.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks as directed.

• Good communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple orders and documentation streams.
