Training Specialist – Electrical

About the role

We are looking for a Training Specialist – Electrical to lead the design and delivery of technical training programmes that enhance the electrical expertise of our workforce. The role will work closely with engineering teams and external providers to ensure training meets current and future technical needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify technical skill gaps and competency needs across electrical and related disciplines.
• Design and develop comprehensive electrical training plans, curricula and workshop content.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring resources and facilities are in place.
• Create training materials, manuals and e‑learning modules that support competency development.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programmes through feedback, assessments and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with technical departments and external training providers to align content with industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Minimum six years of experience in learning and development or training within a technical environment.
• Proven ability to analyse competency gaps and translate them into actionable training solutions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong focus on delivering high‑quality technical education.
