Transportation & Installation Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Transportation & Installation Manager to lead the execution of T&I activities across MP and NFSP offshore projects. The role will drive engineering and execution processes, ensuring safety, compliance and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes and procedures covering the full T&I scope, including marine operations assurance, warranty requirements, procedural compliance, safety, integrity and execution efficiency.
• Provide expert advice, recommendations and decisions on transportation and installation engineering, covering vessel assurance, load‑out, sea fastening, transportation and installation analysis, methods and procedures.
• Coordinate with QELNG Operations, Marine and Logistics teams to align T&I execution plans and gather stakeholder input.
• Act as the focal point for T&I safety leadership, supporting project managers in safe work execution.
• Manage T&I risks as defined in risk management and mitigation plans, approve design changes, and coordinate on‑shore and installation specification revisions following the Project Management of Change (PMOC) process.

Required profile

• Proven competency and experience in transportation and installation engineering for offshore projects.
• Strong background in marine operations, vessel assurance, load‑out and sea fastening.
• Demonstrated ability to lead safety initiatives and manage project risks.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and aligning execution plans.
