Treasury Specialist

About the role

The Treasury Specialist will support the design and implementation of the bank's Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) transformation agenda. Working closely with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Global Markets and Technology teams, the role focuses on detailed analysis, pricing methodology reviews, profitability assessments and operating model enhancements to enable transparent, risk‑adjusted performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current FTP methodologies, pricing structures and profitability allocation mechanisms.
• Assess funding curves, liquidity premiums and transfer‑pricing assumptions to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the redesign of funding curves, liquidity pricing models, behavioural assumptions, optionality methodologies and margin allocation frameworks.
• Develop RAROC‑based performance metrics and profitability models, evaluating the impact of FTP changes on business performance.
• Document business and functional requirements for FTP enhancements and assist in defining governance structures across Treasury, Global Markets, Finance and Business Units.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, gather requirements and support the implementation of FTP methodologies, reporting frameworks and system enhancements.

Required profile

• At least 84 months (7 years) of relevant experience in Treasury, FTP, liquidity risk management or related areas.
