Vice President Marketing & Communications

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing & Communications to lead our marketing function, shape brand strategy, and drive growth across multiple channels. This senior executive will own the vision, planning, and performance of integrated marketing initiatives while ensuring consistent messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall marketing and communications strategy, set KPIs and align with business goals.
• Lead, coach and develop the internal marketing team and external agency partners.
• Plan and launch integrated campaigns that boost brand awareness, engagement and demand generation.
• Own event strategy and execution for trade shows, conferences and promotional events.
• Direct public‑relations activities, media outreach, press releases and spokesperson coordination.
• Develop social‑media and content strategy, using insights to optimize reach and engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Establish analytics and reporting frameworks to measure ROI and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and other stakeholders to align go‑to‑market messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (field not specified).
• Minimum 6 years (72 months) of senior‑level marketing experience.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business results.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
