Vice President - Middle Office

About the role

Lesha Bank is seeking a Vice President – Middle Office to provide strategic and operational oversight of finance, accounting, and administrative functions. The role will ensure accurate financial reporting, effective fund and SPV management, and timely settlement of receivables and payables.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee finance and accounting activities, including NAV review, financial reporting and fund reconciliations.
• Provide guidance on fund accounting in line with IFRS and GAAP.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day accounting matters with fund administrators.
• Lead fund and SPV audits, working closely with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage receivables, payables, cash flows and settlements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Supervise administrative and operational processes, maintaining controls, documentation and compliance.
• Deliver financial analysis and recommendations to senior management for business planning and strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm.
• Familiarity with fund structures and global regulatory frameworks.
• Strong understanding of investment products such as equities, fixed income, private equity and derivatives.
• Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CAIA) are highly regarded.
