About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join the food & beverage team at Grand Hyatt Doha. In this role you will deliver high‑quality service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience that reflects our brand promise of “Moments of More”.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in the assigned outlet with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and well‑set dining area, adhering to hotel standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, handling special orders and dietary requirements.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Process orders and payments accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management (preferred).
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Preferably residing in Qatar or willing to relocate with support.

Required skills

• POS system operation.
